Paid services
Use of ConstellationOS as a product is governed by a customer agreement, order form, or pilot terms. Those documents control if they conflict with these website terms.

Site text, graphics, logos, and downloads remain owned by Constellation Space Corp or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except for limited personal reference or fair use.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constellation Space Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website. Liability for direct damages related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
