This notice covers constellation.space, discovery-call and whitepaper forms, and marketing communications. Customer fleet telemetry in ConstellationOS is governed by your service agreement and our Security page.

Work email and any details you submit on discovery-call or whitepaper forms. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages requested. If you book a call, the scheduling provider may also process your name, email, and meeting details under its own terms.

To respond to requests, schedule discovery calls, send materials you asked for, operate and secure this website, measure marketing performance, and follow up about ConstellationOS. We do not sell personal information.

We and our analytics provider may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for basic site function and aggregate usage measurement. You can block or clear these through your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from browsing the site or submitting forms.

We load ELU analytics (elu.dev) to understand aggregate page usage and attribute discovery-call or whitepaper requests. Form and email delivery may use third-party processors such as Web3Forms when configured. These providers process data only to deliver the requested service.

Lead and contact details are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable sales or support relationship, then deleted or archived when no longer required. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Email contact@constellation.space and we will respond within a reasonable time.
